Having always been a part of larger companies & leading teams of great chefs, its now the right time to work for myself and bring a bit of ‘Munkey business’ to the table, have some fun, cook wholesome food with a conscience & bring my style of fresh, real food to outdoor events, without unwanted additives.
So far over 30 years as a chef, the last 20 as Head or Exec at venues and events such as The Etihad Stadium, The London 2012 Olympics, The Emirates Stadium, Wembley Stadium, Ascot Racecourse, Goodwood Racecourse & Motor Circuit, Chelsea, Hampton Court & Tatton Park Flower Shows, 3 British Open Golf’s & a couple of Welsh Open’s, just to

Smoked foods are smoked over Oak, Beech, Apple wood or chipped Whisky barrels, not flavoured with artificial products!! My recipes, all tried and tested, some old family ones, some new, all fresh.
